Outlook Contacts not Available

After adding existing .pst file, Address book is not available when composing a new mail.

Select E-mail Accounts from Tools menu

Select View or change existing directories or address books

And click next

Select Outlook Address Book and click Change

Select 1^st One and Click Remove Address Book

Click Close, Finish and Close Outlook and Wait for few Seconds, and try to open Outlook.
